Shaun McCann is a co-founder of JVChantete. Shaun handles the formulation of a sustainable sales strategy and planning. He does this with an emphasis on profit targets. He handles client relationships and contract negotiations.
He specialises in isolating target markets and maximizing new business development opportunities.
BRENDON SWANEPOEL – TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Brendon Swanepoel is a co-founder of JVChantete. Brendon is a qualified and experienced mechanical artisan. This combined with his vast knowledge of earth-moving machinery, steel fabrication, crushing plant design and manufacture.
He compliments this with insight into procurement, stores and human resources.
FELIX NDHLOVU – DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Felix Ndhlovu is an accomplished Zambian mining professional with over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, law, and strategic business development.
At JVChantete Earthworks Ltd, Felix plays a key role in driving sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and regulatory alignment. His deep commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and his ability to link compliance with opportunity have strengthened the company’s market position and stakeholder confidence.

With over 30 years of experience in mining and earthworks across Africa, Jan Landsberg leads operations at JVChantete Earthworks Ltd. His hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge have driven large successful projects in countries including Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and South Africa.
Jan is committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, helping position JVChantete as a trusted contractor in Zambia’s mining sector.
DONOVAN McCARTER – CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer of JVChantete Earthworks, Donovan oversees the company’s financial systems, financial operational infrastructure, and strategic capital management. He is responsible for strengthening financial controls, optimising reporting processes, and ensuring the integrity of all financial operations, he manages key banking relationships, negotiate funding structures, and drive capital-raising initiatives to support growth and expansion. With a focus on financial sustainability and operational efficiency. He works closely with the executive team to guide long-term strategy and resource allocation. His role is central to maintaining JVChantete Earthworks’ financial stability, supporting performance, and enabling the company to deliver on its strategic objectives.
