SHAUN MCCANN - CEO
Shaun McCann is a co-founder of JVChantete. Shaun handles the formulation of a sustainable sales strategy and planning. He does this with an emphasis on profit targets. He handles client relationships and contract negotiations.
He specialises in isolating target markets and maximizing new business development opportunities.
BRENDON SWANEPOEL – TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Brendon Swanepoel is a co-founder of JVChantete. Brendon is a qualified and experienced mechanical artisan. This combined with his vast knowledge of earth-moving machinery, steel fabrication, crushing plant design and manufacture.
He compliments this with insight into procurement, stores and human resources.
LEVY MOLOTO – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Mr. Moloto has more than 30 years extensive experience and has specialized in bulk earthworks, construction of tailing storage facilities, road construction, contract mining projects and civil works. He is responsible for our mining operations across all the contract sites within Zambia.
He is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
